Generous layers of pure cotton wool felt and layers of fire retardant upholstery covering a quality insulation pad allows the countess to gently support the entire body. Expert craftsmen apply traditional and tufting techniques to secure the numerous layers of upholstery thereby increasing surface tension and giving the countess strength and durability (Vertically quilted borders, flag stitch handles and brass ventilators) complete a superb finish. A high quality, long lasting damask cover is the final touch to this fantastic bed.
